YOUTH RED CROSS
Youth Red Cross unit of Sarada Krishna Homoeopathic Medical College is the main constituent of the Indian Red Cross society, Tamilnadu branch in which students of age group 18-25 years are its members. It was established during 2010 with the participation of 40 students. The YRC undertakes health awareness programme, medical camp, road safety week, blood donation camp, programmes on importance of Hand Wash, observance of important days, campus cleaning, fire fighting demo, relief work during emergencies, participation in disaster management, etc. The present programme officer and the convener of this wing of the college is Dr. Satheesh. M. Nair, Associate Professor, Department of Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy.
