A Pharmacy club is an initiative taken up by the Dept of Pharmacy, with members faculty and Ist BHMS students as the members of the club.
Activities of the Club
- Identification of the plants in the Herbal Garden.
- Planting and maintenance of Medicinal Plants.
- Mounting of specimens using medicinal plants to enhance the department museum infrastructure.
- Placement of name boards exhibiting botanical name, family, local name, part used and therapeutic uses of the medicinal plant.
- Herbarium preparation.
- Organizing field visits, study tour to herbal garden and pharmaceutical manufacturing unit.
