As a necessity, toilets for special people require special provisions. At SKHMC, we have included every essential element to support the students of special needs. Special provisions of grab bars are included in the toilets to increase safe accessibility for people with a variety of disabilities or mobility challenges.
Elevators installed by Kone elevator India (P) limited one with a capacity 544kg is installed in the college and another one with a capacity of 884kg in hospital helps the disabled to reach the destination.
The college has a special facility of ramp and rails for the differently abled students. The main entrances and exits clearly identifiable and easily accessible and it can accommodate wheelchair users. Steps and ramps have hand railings and the entrance permitting access to a conveniently located lift.
