Apex Body
The college constituted an Apex Body as instructed by the CCH under the chairmanship of the Advisor to the College with the Principal and Heads of Departments. It used to meet periodically to formulate and review all curricular and extra-curricular activities of the college and to ensure their proper execution.

Academic Committee
There is an Academic Committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal with HoDs of all teaching departments, Deputy Medical Superintendent, P.G. Co-ordinator, Academics in-charge to monitor from time to time the smooth goings-on of the academic activities / training as per the plan and programme laid down by the Apex Body.

The responsibility of ensuring the implementation of all academic programmes as per plan / time table is vested upon the HoDs concerned. The HODs should make regular reviews every month.

It is the responsibility of the P.G. Co-ordinator, Deputy Medical Superintendent and Academics-in-charge to co-ordinate all the academic activities/training of relative courses in consultation with HoDs concerned in respect of them.

Disciplinary Committee
There is a Disciplinary Committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal with the Deputy Medical Superintendent of Hospital, P.G. Co-ordinator, Academics-in-charge, Superintendent of Ladies Hostel, Asst. Warden of the Men's Hostel, Administrative Officer of the College office, to ensure strict discipline in all the establishments of the College.

It is up to the Chairman of the Management to co-opt any official of the College in the Committee according as necessity arises.

This Committee reserves the sole right for conducting enquiries or initiating disciplinary action against the delinquent student / staff and to impose deserving punishment as is deemed fit. Any relaxation or modification of the decision of the Committee is subject to the discretion of the Management.

Academics- in-charge (Ac. i/c)
The U.G. students are under the purview of Academics-in-charge, class-wise, to look after them. It is the duty of the Ac. i/c concerned to design and co-ordinate all academic activities including conduct of tutorials, seminars, tour programmes, semester assessment etc. in respect of classes with the HoDs concerned and in interaction with the parents in such matters as are relating to the students’ leave and observance of rules and discipline.




P.G. Co-ordinator
There is a P.G. Co-ordinator, who is endowed with looking after the day to day affairs of the P.G. programmes and P.G. scholars.
